We have evolved into a Sport Specific Training Centre, focusing mainly on hockey and ringette. Especially with our skating machine. We utilize HIIT Training, Circuit Training along with Plyometrics and traditional weight training to elevate our Athletes fitness. We have trained hundreds and hundreds of Athletes, with small group training and even more through our Hockey/Ringette Team Training.

We have programs to increase your speed, strength and overall conditioning along with an on-ice component during the summer. We believe a year round approach beats the “one or two week camp” only approach. Many of our Athletes are typically some of the top players on their respective teams. Through our own programs and through Speed Training, we have helped players to the next level, including NHL and WHL draft picks, and players and alumni playing in the WHL, CIS, ECHL, MJHL, AJHL, SJHL, KJHL, WHSHL, MMJHL… (See Athletes page).

Ladies and Co-ed Training provide a friendly-safe environment for training. We have helped Ladies and Men achieve their weight loss and fitness goals. We put the FUN in Functional Training.

Dakota Lock & Safe Ltd is approximately 35 years in business. The President Don Bonneteau has lived in Springfield since 1995 and the Vice President Bruce Bonneteau also lives in Springfield. Dugald Place Assisted Living Residence (A Project of Springfield Heritage Housing Inc.)
Springfield Heritage Housing Inc. (SSHI) is a newly created partnership between the RM of Springfield, the existing Dugald Place Non-Profit Housing Cooperative Ltd. and Springfield Seniors Non-Profit Housing Coop. SHHI's first project is to build Dugald Place, an assisted living residence adjacent to the very successful Dugald Estates, an independent living seniors housing residence in Dugald Manitoba. Dugald Place is the next stage for an "Aging in Place" vision and will be the only assisted living residence in the RM of Springfield. The goal of SHHI is to branch out to our other Springfield communities in the future!
